There is nothing quite like freshly baked sourdough bread. If you’d like to have a loaf directly from the oven then order for Monday delivery to your cottages. The bread is baked by Zsolt at The Bakery @ The Castle in Blairdrummond and it’s absolutely delicious. We plan on having plenty in our freezer so it will be available throughout your stay. For that just baked quality, sprinkle your loaf with a little water and pop back in a warm oven for 5-10 mins.
